Why register for online access?
Artiwood Australia is a wholesale distributor. This means wholesale pricing and services are only available for pre-qualified accounts operating an eligible commercial enterprise. We never offer products at wholesale prices to the general public.
Only registered customers can access our wholesale pricing, download product images and place orders online. Registered customers also receive our exclusive monthly email announcing the arrival of new shipments, new product updates and special offers.
We only accept applications from entities registered and operating in Australia.

How do I register?
You can apply for a wholesale account using our online application form.
When you submit your application you'll receive an email confirming that it's reached us. We review every registration application to confirm eligibility for wholesale access. Applications are normally reviewed and processed with 2 business days.
Applications can be delayed if you don't include links to an online presence or your ABN isn't associated with an appropriate trading entity. If necessary please include additional information in the Comments field to help us confirm the nature of your business.
If your application is approved you'll receive a second email confirming the activation of your account. This includes log-in details and helpful information on doing business with us.
Do I need to register online if I already have a wholesale account?
You need to register online even if you've done business with us in the past. This helps us confirm our records are current and allows you to create your own unique and secure log-in details. To ensure prompt approval of your application please select 'Existing Customer' from the "How did you hear about us" question and enter your account number in the box displayed. We'll use this to link your registration to your account and ensure pre-existing credit terms are applied automatically .
If you're unsure of your account number you can always find it on the top left corner of your last invoice. It usually begins with the number "5". Alternatively, include a comment stating that you're an existing customer.
How do I place an order with you?
To place a wholesale order you must log into our website using the email address and password used to establish your account.
Once logged into our system you'll see wholesale prices for every product available. Please note that our wholesale pricing excludes GST and freight charges.

Do I have to order online?
You can also place your order by email, fax or phone. However, these orders require manual intervention and are subject to delays during busy periods.
Orders placed online are sent directly to our warehouse for processing. Our website also allows you to confirm the availability of everything you order as its updates availability automatically as stock levels change. The site also includes an estimated availability date for items currently out of stock.
Can I have a credit account?
Artiwood Australia offers credit accounts with 30-day terms unless otherwise agreed in writing. Credit terms are only available for approved wholesale customers.
To apply for a credit account you must be registered on our system as a wholesale customer and have successfully completed three pro forma invoices. You'll find more details about credit accounts here.
