You agree to all terms and conditions required of an authorised stockist when applying for a wholesale account with Artiwood Australia. This includes, but is not limited to, ensuring activities you undertake to promote or sell the products we supply do not impugn or harm the reputation of Artiwood Australia or the brands it distributes.

This means you’re also responsible for ensuring that all employees and agents acting on your behalf are familiar with the following service standards and ongoing disclosures.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, or take legal action, if you or persons acting on your behalf fail to meet or maintain these requirements at any time.

Many of our toys are designed for normal domestic use only.

If you wish to purchase or sell them for commercial use (such as, but not limited to, use in an institutional environment, community group or commercial organisation) please contact us to confirm their suitability. All goods come with a warranty that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. However, our warranty does not cover the inappropriate use of a product.

You agree not to misrepresent the availability of products we distribute.

You agree to only promote stock either in your possession or for which you've already placed a confirmed order. We may agree, at our discretion, to waive this requirement. Contacting us to request items listed as out of stock on our website doesn't mean you've placed a confirmed order unless we've agreed in writing to accept it.

You also agree to portray accurately the quantity of stock in your possession or for which you have a confirmed order.

Registered customers have access to detailed product information and marketing materials.

Once registered and approved for wholesale access you can download data files, product images, lifestyle photography and videos. This content is subject to copyright. You may use it, within the territory of Australia, to promote any product we've supplied to you. Using this content for any other purpose is strictly prohibited including the promotion of stock not supplied by Artiwood Australia.

You agree to promote and present our products in a professional manner at all times.

Altering or using this content in a manner that disparages a product, impugns or harms a brand's reputation, or misrepresents its use is not permitted. This includes, but is not limited to, inaccurate or misleading product reviews, inaccurate depictions of a product's functionality, editing a product's available configuration (such as altering its colour or mispresenting its accessories) or misrepresenting a product's recommended age grading.

You agree to maintain your website to a standard that enhances and positively promotes the brands we distribute.

An acceptable standard includes repairing broken links, publishing a comprehensive privacy policy, providing multiple options for contacting your organisation, disclosing the registered business that owns your site (including an ABN) and ensuring content is accurate and formatted correctly.

This is not an exhaustive list of things we consider. Other factors may affect your customer service or user experience.

We reserve the right to terminate any account that fails to maintain its website to an acceptable standard, delegates front-line customer service obligations to Artiwood Australia or promotes the products we distribute in manner that may impugn or harm a brand's reputation.

Your agree to disclose all channels, forums and platforms used to promote and/or sell the products we distribute.

All channels to market must be disclosed to us when applying for wholesale services. If your channels to market change at any time after making this disclosure you agree to advise us in writing within seven days of making the change.

This obligation includes disclosing every store name used when trading on third-party marketplace platforms. You must also disclose your parent company's identity if this entity, or any of its subsidiaries, supply products or brands in competition with Artiwood Australia.

Artiwood Australia holds exclusive distribution rights for the Australian market only (defined as Mainland States and Tasmania, excluding outlying islands and other offshore dependencies).

Under our terms of trade wholesale customers aren't authorised to supply beyond this territory. After sales service and support for any product supplied beyond our authorised territory is limited by law.

Your agree to keep critical business information confidential.

Wholesale price lists, product data files and account log-in details may only to be used by registered customers for conducting business with us. This information is confidential and must not be released or transferred to unauthorised parties without the written permission of a director of Artiwood Australia.

Unauthorised parties includes any subsidary organisation, or a parent company, supplying products or brands that compete with Artiwood Australia.

We may, at our discretion, release some restricted information to prospective customers for business development purposes.

You agree to all terms and conditions applied to a wholesale credit account ("credit account") approved for your use by Artiwood Australia. For a copy of terms and conditions for your credit account please contact our customer service team at info@artiwood.com.au.
