Wholesale service and support

Artiwood Australia is a wholesale distributor. This means wholesale pricing and services are only available for pre-qualified accounts operating a commercial enterprise. We never offer products at wholesale prices to the general public.

Only registered customers can access our wholesale pricing, download product images and place orders online. Registered customers also receive exclusive email updates announcing the arrival of shipments, new product updates and special offers. Learn more about doing business with us here.

We only accept applications from entities registered and operating in Australia.

You must have an ABN and be registered for GST to trade with us. If you're operating an e-commerce store it must be fully operational and have an active payment gateway. We cannot approve an application without seeing your website.

If you're looking for a local distributor of our products outside Australia, please contact us at: info@artiwood.com.au or follow the links listed here.

How to apply

You can apply for a wholesale account using our online application form.

After submitting an application you'll receive an email confirming it's reached us. We normally review and assess your eligibility for wholesale access within 2-4 business days.

If your application is approved you'll receive a second email confirming the activation of your account. This includes log-in details and helpful information on doing business with us.

Before making an application please ensure you're familiar with all disclosures, minimum standards and ongoing obligations required of an authorised stockist. Learn more here.

Website access for existing customers

You need to register online even if you've done business with us before. This helps us confirm our records are current, links your online account to our back office systems and allows you to create your own secure log-in details.

To ensure prompt approval of your application please select 'I am an existing customer' from the "How did you hear about us" question and enter your account number in the box displayed. We'll use this to link your registration to your account and apply any pre-existing credit terms.

If you're unsure of your account number you can always find it on the top left corner of your last invoice. It usually begins with the number "5".

Placing an order online

To place a wholesale order you must log into our website using the email address and password used to establish your account.

Once logged into our system you'll see wholesale prices for available products. Please note that our wholesale pricing excludes GST and freight charges.

You'll find everything you need to know about doing business with us here. This includes information about our minimum order value, delivery charges, payment terms and the ongoing obligations and disclosures required of an approved stockist.

If you've never placed an order on online with us you'll find a handy step-by-step guide here.

Manual order processing

You can place an order by email or phone. These orders incur a $15.00 manual processing charge.

Orders requiring manual intervention are subject to delay, especially during busy periods. Orders placed online are sent directly to our warehouse for processing,

We cannot gaurantee the availability of any item ordered by email or phone. However, our website always confirms what's available before you submit an order. It also updates stock levels automatically.

This means you'll know that anything you've ordered online is always available for immediate dispatch. For any item currently out of stock we publish an estimated availability date online.
