** On smaller deliveries of refill letters we will always try and use $12.50 courier satchels wherever possible **

** All country areas will be charged at cost price to customer using most economical carrier/an additional charge may apply on bulky / heavy orders requiring more than one package **

** Whilst our company does normally have a policy of packing and posting all orders within a day or two of receiving the order in a few instances we may be slightly delayed during particularly busy periods like after a trade show or during a particularly busy period **
