Please note that this is a wholesale website for wholesale customers to view and order Artiwood products online. To order as a wholesale customer you will need to be registered with us which is a quick and easy process (ABN number required). Our minimum order for wholesale customers is $250.00

Placing your wholesale order online via our website is hopefully an easy and quick experience. If however for whatever reason you need assistance during the process please don’t hesitate to telephone us at the office on 02 66855006.

Alternatively you can also download and print via the website our latest price list and then simply fill in your order and fax it to us at the above number.


Ordering Online

• Navigate via the menus to the item you require and click to open the ordering box with detailed product description.
  
  
• The QTY shown will always be 1 so change this to your required amount.
  
  
• Click on “Add to Order” button. (this does not place an order, it just adds the product to your current order)
  
  
• Continue shopping in this way until you have completed your order. Please note that you can view your order at anytime by simply clicking “My Cart” on the main page or the “View Order” button when ordering an item. On this form you can always change quantities or even remove any products that you have ordered.
  
  
• Once you are satisfied that your order is complete and you’ve got what you want hit the “place order” or “checkout” button and you will again be able to view your full order and see your total order value without GST, the GST amount and the full total including GST. Please note that freight will always be added onto your order unless your order is large enough to qualify for free postage (please see terms and conditions page)
  
  
• Please check that all your “User Details”, “Company Details” and “Shipping Details” are correct. You can also use the “Delivery Instructions/Comments” at the end of the page to let us know any additional information that we need to know.

Please note that if you are an existing customer with Artiwood and have an account your order will be dispatched as soon as possible and if you are a new customer we will contact you asking you for you payment details.
